At Goldvell Luxury, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.crevola@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, all items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care and fragrance products

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The order could not be fulfilled

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
